Are you ready to vote? Who would you like to win in the Philippine 2010 presidential elections? Well, as for me, I am still undecided and still weighing things up just to be really really sure. There are so many political issues such as presidential debate, etc. shown in the television or aired in the radio but due to my busy schedule, I wasn’t able to see / hear any of it. My bad.
Since my line of work is kind of ‘internet-based’ and I’m almost online everyday, I tried and find time to look for a website which provides helpful information with regard to Philippine 2010 Elections. Good thing I found PoliticalArena.com, the Philippines’ first socio-political networking site. It’s a great site which summarizes the status and stances of potential presidentiables.

Political Arena’s homepage
PoliticalArena.com has the objective to help promote voter education (particularly for the first-time voters) and also encourage participation in the 2010 national elections. It has some special online features (such as chat, blog, forum, polls, etc.) which enables it’s members to take part in group discussions and to have an up close and personal discussion with presidential candidates. After knowing how helpful this site was, I decided to sign-up. After the registration thing, I explored the site and I was really able to learn more (as in more) about each of the presidential candidates’ views, goals, principles, etc. Everything was there already — each has it’s own profile, blog, photos, videos, stuffs like that. Very informative indeed!

Oh, here’s my profile page. Err, I know. It’s still blank but I’ll work on it. *Wink*

There are a lot of interesting topics in the forum and somewhat I partcipated in different discussions, like this one » click here. Well if you think that it’s a pure political forum, nah you’re wrong because they also have other topics available like civil rights, education, health care, justice, national affairs, and so much more.

*PoliticalArena.com is made possible through the partnership of COMELEC, PPCRV and Youth Vote Philippines. It operates under the network of 88DB.com, the Philippines’ first rich media service portal.
