No Pain, No Gain


   

My hubby who is now into some kind of diet thingy, is aiming to loose weight this year. For the past years, he have gained a lot of weight due to over eating & bad diet — with no exercise or whatever. Haha. He’s planning to hit the gym twice or thrice a week, eat healthy foods, and drink some health supplements too. Hmmm, it’s sounds weird about him having a goal like this. Really! I mean, last year, he was like a ‘I don’t care’ type of person — he eat whatever he wants to eat even though it can harm his health (refer to the picture below. LOL) I was really shocked today when he told me his plans about staying fit and healthy.

Anyways, I was really happy knowing about his future plans and I am very much willing to help him achieve his goals. One advice I gave him was to eat more veges and fruits instead of meat and pork, avoid eating too much sweets, junk foods at the same time never drink softdrinks. For me these are just few of quick weight loss diets. Well, after hearing those from me, he got a ‘little puppy sad face’. Awww. Poor daddy! Haha! I just kissed him and whispered in his ears: “No pain, no gain. Go daddy!” LOL.

    @ Ms. Janette: The last time we checked, his waist measures 32 inches but now 29-30 inches na lng. Haha! And he keeps on drinking ‘Fit n Ryt’, that’s twice a day. Hmmm, tsaka yung meal nya it’s like twice a day lang. (Ito yung d ko talga approve) :( Brunch (Breakfast + lunch) and Dinner lang talga. Ichecheck pa namin yung weight nya. Hihihi! :)

    Wow me too I don’t care whatever I eat as long as its delicious haha
    Well somehow in order to control diet once in a week or 2. You should eat what you want so that you wouldn’t go crazy if you crave for food :)

    haha that;s nice. i have an ever going battle against weight gain. hay naku. i want to go back to my pre pregnancy weight. if i can just shed at least 10 lbs, ok na ko. if more, then mas mayo pa gid e,. hehe
