Muscles!


Building muscle on your body is quite hard right? Well, in order for you to have a good muscle-building — you must exercise with free weights, eat high-quality proteins, and rest your muscles every two (2) to three (3) days. That’s what I’ve read on one article I found on the web the other day. Anyway, the reason why I research about this thingy is because my cousin has actually joined the body builders club in their school. He made me look for some muscle building supplements which could help him build muscles. I just told him that he should better consult his doctor before he drink supplements, just to be sure.
