It’s just a mix of water, brown sugar and yeast

Here’s the step-by-step process on how to make a mosquito trap:

1. 1. Cut a plastic bottle in half, keep both parts. Can be Coca Cola / Pepsi bottle.
2. 2. Take the lower portion of the bottle. Dissolve the brown sugar in hot water. Let it cool down to ~70 degF.
3. 3. Add the yeast. Carbon dioxide will form (This will attract the mosquitoes).
4. 4. Cover the bottle with a dark wrap and place the top portion upside down like a funnel. Place it in a corner in your house.
5. 5. In 2 weeks you will be surprised by the number of mosquitoes killed.

Just don’t mind the Chinese characters written below. I know it’s too difficult to understand it. Even I are clueless. Let the pictures speak for itself nalang, okei? Besides the step-by-step process are all written above naman. Hehe.

Ok, checking each participants’ entries one-by-one is somewhat hard — especially with over a thousand of it. Well, I am really strict when it comes to checking. I see to it that you really post it on your blogs, subscribed, faved on Technorati, etc. Well, I encountered some bloggers who told me that they have subscribed but I didn’t see their email in my feed subscribers. And there is this one blogger who told me his/her URL blog post, and when I visited his/her site, it’s on maintenance mode. Sorry, his/her entries will no longer qualify.

1.) Baby Kimy has just turned five months last November 30. Just look at her. Isn’t he adorable? She knows a lot of things which really made me smile — just like this one. So kawaii! Hihi! I know she’ll be a smart kid when she grows up. Go baby, kill all the terorrist! LOL.

2.) I bought this cute baby dress yesterday at 888 Chinatown Mall. It’s original price was 187.75php but I made tawad with the saleslady and she just gave it to me 170.00php.

3.) Kawaii stuffs for Baby Kimy: 3 for 100 teddy bear pouches & piggy toys + KIMY animal letterings — 10 per letter. Total: 240.00php

4.) I bought this cute brown top yesterday at the Plazamart Mall. As usual mahilig ako mag tawad. LOL. And guess what? I ended up paying 200php for this. Hahaha. Teka, bagay ba? Hihi.

5.) This is our new Insect / Mosquito Killer from Ace Hardware, SM Bacolod. Me and hubby decided to buy this since Baby Kimy is always victimized by those freakin’ mosquitoes. Her face and legs was full of mosquito bites. Argh. I also have Baygon Mosquito Killer to prevent the mosquitoes to stay in our room. Water-based siya since may asthma si hubby. LOL.

6.) I was so shocked to see Momy Ruby of Pinay Mommy Online at SM – Bacolod. She’s the first one who called me. The first time I saw her, it was like — “wait, parang ang familiar niya“. She introduced herself then I just said, “OMG! Mommy Ruby! Ikaw nga!” This is my first time to meet a fellow blogger and I’m really happy about it. Sauulitin Mommy Ruby!

2.) Whoa! I didn’t notice that my last update was one week ago pa. I was really busy with Baby Kimy and err, shopping too! Sale kasi sa SM and Robinson’s so go go go ako! LOL. Oh, here are some of the stuffs I bought. Lookie! Open ▼

• Upper Right : Small handy bag worth 99 bucks. Hehe.
• Lower Left : Baby Kimy’s stuffs! Kawaii mirror & slippers, and baby clothes.
• Lower Right : Xian’s 3-for-100 shorts. LOL.

3.) Baby Kimy has finally reached the stage where she could eat na. I was really happy feeding her with Cerelac — with mashed fruits or veges (carrots/squash/potato/banana). She’s getting excited everytime the plastic spoon is near in her mouth. Ang takaw! LOL. Here are some photo’s of her eating. Grabe, it’s really messy but we enjoyed it!

4.) Uhm, have you noticed anything in my blog or parang wala lang? LOL. Well, I just changed the base code of the theme but it has the same colors pa rin. Obvious naman. I really don’t like the previous theme since I got some problems with it. Good thing I found a new theme na slightly the same with the old one. Yay!

5.) Sorry if I wasn’t able to update and haven’t checked the new entries for my contest. Don’t worry maybe by tomorrow afternoon, I will be finished with it na. Just give me time to double check.

Moving on, I have here another “Picture Talk” portion since I am too lazy to blab ALL the things — detail by detail — which happened to me for the past six days. LOL.

1.) Victorias Secret Endless Love Hand and Body Cream. Thanks to my dear mother for giving this to me. I so love the scent!

2.) Masskara Festival. I invite you guys to visit us here in Bacolod City to celebrate our 29th Masskara festival — October 01 to 19, 2008.

3.) Baby Kimy’s Check-up. Just look at her. *Parang kawawa, naglalaway sa Mt. Dew & cake! LOL* That shot was taken before she got injected with Pentaxin vaccine — worth 2,500php. Awww!

4.) Carrier Aircon, 1.5 HP. All long last! We bought a new aircon for our room since our 20+, err wait 50-year-old (Yeah, really! That’s what Xian had told me.) aircon finally reached it’s dying stage. May you rest in peace buddy! LOL.

5.) Maldita.us Header. I decided to change that header — if I still have extra time. I find it so plain, and boring too! Hehe.

6.) Screenshot of my Links page. I removed all the dead links under my blogroll. And as well as those sites who link no more at Maldita.us. Vavush!
